1st Shift (Mon-Thurs) Shipping Clerk & Production Assembler

Window Accessory Company is looking for an ambitious, motivated, self-starter to join our team on 1st shift as a Shipping Clerk & Production Assembler. This is a part-time or full-time position in a clean and friendly environment. If you have the willingness to work and learn, please contact us. Prior experience in manufacturing or shipping is a plus. Will train the right candidate.

No Weekends/ No Holidays

Hours: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Thursday

Job Requirements:
Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills
Able to read a ruler
Able to safely and efficiently handle materials
Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to read work-orders and follow instructions
Be safety-conscious
Must have great attention to detail
Punctual, reliable and a solid attendance record is a must
Good team player
Ability to work under pressure
Accurate and consistent in quality
Ability to legibly write packing lists and other shipping documents
Ability to stand, walk, reach, grasp and pinch with hands
Ability to stand throughout a ten-hour day
Will work in other departments when necessary to meet business needs

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for packing and shipping products in a timely manner per the daily shipping schedule
Ensure products are properly packed and labeled
Hand-assembling parts and blinds
Additional various shop/production-related duties as needed
