1st Shift Server / 2nd Shift Server / 3rd Shift Server

Burger Boy Diner is a 24/7 full-service restaurant that serves delicious burgers and breakfast all day, every day. We are looking to hire servers for weekday/weekend first,second and third shifts. First shift hours are 7am - 3pm; second shift hours are 3pm - 11pm; third shift hours are 11:00 pm - 7:00 am or 10:00 pm-4:00 am. Our servers average between $20-$50 per hour with wages and tips. Tips paid out after completion of shift.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on menu items
- Enter orders accurately into the POS system (Toast)
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques is a plus
- Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
