About the Role

We are seeking experienced, licensed Health Insurance Sales Agents with a proven track record in Private Market, ACA and ancillary product sales. If you thrive in a high-volume, inbound sales environment and consistently close deals, this is your opportunity to maximize your earnings.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls and live transfers (no cold calling)
• Enroll clients in ACA, limited medical, and ancillary plans
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Deliver a consultative, high-quality customer experience
• Accurately complete applications and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License (Required)
• At least 1 year of health insurance sales experience
• Proven ability to close deals and hit targets
• Strong objection-handling and communication skills
• Self-motivated and performance-driven

Preferred Experience

• ACA (Affordable Care Act) marketplace sales
• Medicare Advantage or Supplement sales
• High-volume inbound or call center sales
