2-6 Years Power BI Developer – Digital Transformation

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join our digital transformation project for retail CPG customer. The role requires deep expertise across the Power BI and Microsoft ecosystem, with the ability to build scalable, enterprise-grade analytics solutions that generate insights, enable simulations, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.

⁠ ⁠Build complex DAX measures, KPIs, and simulations (what-if analysis, scenario modeling, forecasting).

⁠ ⁠Leverage Microsoft Fabric for unified data management, analytics, and large-scale data processing.

⁠ ⁠Set up and manage Power BI Deployment Pipelines for seamless release management across dev, test, and production.

⁠ ⁠Integrate Power BI with Power Apps and Power Automate to deliver end-to-end solutions.

⁠ ⁠Translate raw data into business-ready insights, visualizations, and recommendations.

⁠ ⁠Implement row-level security, governance, and performance tuning in Power BI solutions.

⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and drive adoption.

⁠ ⁠Work closely with data engineering and IT teams to optimize ETL pipelines, data refreshes, and integrations (SQL, APIs, Azure services).

⁠ ⁠Document dashboards, models, and pipelines to ensure scalability and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Experience

⁠ ⁠2–6 years of hands-on Power BI development experience in enterprise environments.

⁠ ⁠Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M language), advanced data modeling, and performance optimization.

⁠ ⁠Experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Data Engineering, Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics).

⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Power BI Deployment Pipelines and lifecycle management.

⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.

⁠ ⁠Proven ability to deliver advanced simulations, forecasting, and scenario analysis in Power BI.

⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of SQL, ETL processes, and Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse, Databricks).

⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders.

Pay: ₹254,014.16 - ₹1,357,721.82 per year
