2 Positions - Live-In F/T Janitor/Maintenance/Landscape Professional & 1 P/T Cleaning Professional

Janitor/Maintenance/Landscape/Grounds Professional (First Position) -
We are seeking one dedicated and detail-oriented individual to be a Live-in Janitor/Maintenance/Landscape/Grounds professional to join our team full-time, Wednesday - Sunday, 8 hrs. a day, 9am - 5pm. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, facilities/grounds maintenance and general landscaping, demonstrating a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality in various environments.

Background and Drug testing required.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Clean the bathrooms; including mirrors, toilets, showers, floor, etc…
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, clean windows, doors, etc… in the amenity facilities and office.
• Escort RVs to their site and direct them properly within their site area. Assist guests with site set-up if needed.
• Check transient sites daily for departures; remove trash from recently vacated sites and clean the sites.
• Check sites prior to daily arrivals for issues or problems (i.e. water, sewer, electricity, etc.) and report to manager. Make sure sites are free from trash, fire ants, and wasp infestation.
• Mowing, trimming and general landscaping.
• Handle guest questions or complaints directly, or refer them to the appropriate department.
• Follow safety procedures while performing duties.
• Stock supplies in the amenity facilities (bathrooms, laundry, pool area, office/shop, clubhouse, gym, etc..).
• Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks.
• Notify management of deficiencies or repairs needed.
• Remove trash daily from each site if guest has it placed in front of their RV for pick up.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Light maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while completing tasks.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
• A proactive approach to identifying maintenance needs and addressing them promptly.
• Punctual, professional, friendly, reliable and trustworthy.
• Ability to work both alone and on a team.
• Awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Reading skills for following instructions..

Cleaning Professional (Second Position) -

We are also seeking one dedicated and detailed cleaning professional with the same qualifications part-time, Monday to Friday, 3 hours a day, 9am - noon.

Duties include but not limited to:

Clean the bathrooms - including mirrors, toilets, showers, floor, etc...

Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, clean windows, doors, etc... in the amenity facilities and office.

Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks.
