(2) Special Education/Case Manager positions

Winnacunnet Cooperative High School is actively seeking (2) Special Educators/Case Managers for the 26-27 school year. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing specializied instruction in reading, writing, math and executive functioning; co-teaching; writing IEP's, progress reports and transition plans; paperwork and documentation; collaborate with regular education teachers, related service providers and administrators; participates in professional development, curriculum development, assessment and evaluation as indicated and attends and coordinates IEP meetings. NH Special Education certification is required.
