2-Year Old Preschool Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will be responsible for implementing an engaging curriculum that meets the developmental needs of each child while ensuring a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Manage classroom activities, ensuring all children are engaged and participating.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their development.
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom space in compliance with daycare regulations.
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and staff regarding children's needs and progress.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
