Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 2 Year Old Teacher to inspire and nurture our young learners during this critical stage of childhood development. In this role, you will create a warm, engaging, and safe classroom environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for 2-year-olds.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive interactions among children.
- Manage daily classroom activities, including circle time, play-based learning, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities.
- Monitor and support individual child needs through behavior management strategies and personalized attention.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and share developmental milestones.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to maintain a secure environment for children.
- Incorporate early intervention techniques and special education strategies when necessary to support children with additional needs.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with toddlers or in early childhood education settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies such as preschool or daycare standards is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math basics, physical education, and social-emotional learning.
- Certification in early childhood education or related fields is desirable; ongoing professional development is encouraged.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
