At Sexy Steak, we're not just a restaurant; we're a dining experience. Located in a historic building reminiscent of a castle, our ambiance is inspired by the night life of Miami and Vegas. We offer an extensive a fine-dining menu, impressive bar, and private dining for esteemed VIP guests.

We are seeking a Host with at least 2 years of upscale or fine-dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a heart for hospitality and be the first point of contact greeting the arrival of our dinner guests.

• Position: Experienced Host (minimum 2 years fine-dining experience)
• Pay: Up to $22 per hour
• Start date: Upon Hire
• Schedule: 4:00 PM - Midnight, 5 days per week 30 - 40 hours per week
• Location: Sexy Steak 1942 Grand River Ave, GAR building in Detroit, MI (Grand Circus Park)

If you have:

• Minimum 2 years of hosting experience
• Proven experience working in an upscale restaurant
• Computer and phone skills (Open Table, Toast)
• Ability to work with a high-volume of guests

And you can:

• Join as a strong member of the Host Team
• Greet guests both quickly and with friendly demeanor
• Work closely with front-of-house employees for seating updates
• Answer the phone and make changes to the system as needed
• Contribute to a positive environment
• Use POS systems to track reservations
