We are seeking a high-energy Enterprise Account Manager (Sales) with proven experience selling firewalls, Security, cloud solutions in Bahrain or the GCC region. The ideal candidate excels in solution-based selling, client relationship management, and achieving monthly/ quarterly revenue targets. The position is based in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Firewalls, Cyber security products, End points and Cloud and Telecom services
- Achieve sales targets across all product lines and industry sectors
· Manage the full sales cycle—prospecting (lead generation), qualification, demos, proposals, and closing.
- Develop strong relationships with enterprise customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging trends (services positioning, pricing, customer preferences etc.)
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, renewals and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, product development) to coordinate client demos, tailor solutions to client needs.
- Record Sales performance/pipeline in the CRM system
- Work closely with other sales team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience (firewall, cloud, cybersecurity and telecom solutions).
- Understanding of Bahrain market dynamics and key industry sectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage).
- Valid Bahrain driving license
- High level of integrity and professionalism with ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
