We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Banking Graduate Talent Program starting 14 July 2026.

You’ll get to:

• evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
• prepare industry analyses for pitches
• participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises
• conduct market and company analyses, creating corresponding marketing materials
• get involved in the execution of live deals

You’ll be working in our Global Banking team in Dubai. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• is graduating between 2024 and June 2026
• has or is on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree
• has familiarity with the MENA region through personal or professional exposure
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Our Graduate Talent Program is 24 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of the economy and current financial market trends. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network.
