2026 Summer Associate - Boston

Morrison Mahoney LLP is seeking a 2L law student for a full-time summer associate position for the summer of 2026. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in civil litigation, including areas such as commercial and business litigation, products liability, construction litigation, and employment and labor. Salary for this position is $30/hour.

Clerks will assist attorneys with legal research, drafting, and case preparation, working alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative environment.
