2026 Summer HR Intern

The HR Intern will support Grunley’s Human Resources team. This role will focus on organizing HR tools, resources, policies, and compliance materials, while also assisting with events, onboarding, college recruiting preparation, database analysis, and general HR operations. The intern will also support recruiting efforts as needed, including coordination, candidate tracking, and swag organization. This position reports to the HR Director.

  • Required Education
    • HS Diploma
  • Required Experience
    • Working towards a degree or focus in Human Resources, Management, or Business Management
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    • The individual must be outgoing and comfortable communicating by phone
    • The individual must be able to maintain confidentiality, professionalism and overall model conduct at all times.
    • The individual must be a team player willing to help the HR team all around.
    • Must obtain a valid driver's license and have reliable personal transportation

Responsibilities/Duties

    • Organize, plan, and actively prepare for career fairs, including organizing material and packing recruiting bins
    • Make travel arrangements and registration arrangements for career fairs
    • Manage business cards
    • Assist in auditing reports within the HR database.
    • Drive and run errands locally (within 5 miles of the office) for HR hosted events
    • Supporting Talent Acquisition lifecycle from sourcing, posting position descriptions, and utilizing recruitment tools.
    • General engagement and support for HR events and the HR team. Other duties as assigned.

The hourly rate range for this role will be $21.00-$25.00.
