2069.Relationship Executive - Retail

The Relationship Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, focusing on deposits solely from NTB customers, and cross-selling banking products while ensuring compliance with Shariah guidelines and maintaining high service quality standards.

  • Tag and manage a portfolio based on employee ID, enabling account opening in any branch.
  • To open valued accounts on monthly basis with an average balance of Rs >50k each as per assigned KPIs.
  • Ensure the proper input of sales pipeline and customer profiling using the provided Sales Management Platform (SMP).
  • Maintain and update sales management logs, including call reports, pipeline management reports, and scorecards.
  • Attend daily morning huddles led by the Branch Manager.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and visits as per prevailing SMP guidelines in order to engage with customers.
  • Timely support to operations for the submission of AOFs and ensure KYC regime is updated and in compliance with best practices.
  • Uphold Shariah compliance in all banking activities in case of Islamic Branches.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in relevant training sessions.
  • Represent the bank professionally, ensuring adherence to the dress code and overall presentation.
  • Maintain a sufficient level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and needs.
  • Follow the bank's code of conduct.
