Overview
Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Full-Time Warehouse Associate, working Monday through Wednesday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining efficient warehouse workflows, operating heavy equipment safely, and supporting our commitment to timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker equipment
• Load and unload trucks safely with pallet jacks, forklifts, and other heavy machinery while adhering to OSHA safety standards
• Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, replenishment, and organization within the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Operate forklifts, and other heavy equipment to move materials across the warehouse with precision and safety
• Maintain accurate shipping & receiving records, for order tracking and documentation
• Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while ensuring quality standards are met
• Support warehouse supervision by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following all safety protocols

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse distribution or manufacturing environments preferred
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks confidently and safely
• Strong inventory management skills including stock counting, inventory control, and using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Mechanical knowledge or experience with materials handling equipment is a plus
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment use
• Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting, stocking, order picking & packing, and load/unload tasks
• Previous experience in shipping & receiving or order fulfillment roles is advantageous
• Valid certification or training in forklift operation or heavy equipment operation is preferred
