We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Assistant Services Attendant to provide essential support to individuals with disabilities or those requiring assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will offer personalized care, ensuring the client’s comfort, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily living activities within home community settings or group homes.
• Provide support with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders.
• Help with light housekeeping duties and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Accompanied clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client’s well-being.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate regularly with supervisors regarding the client’s needs.

Skills

• Core skills in caregiving
• Premium skills in first aid, patient observation, and patient care
• Experience in assisted living or nursing home settings
• Ability to create and implement care plans
• Knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Previous experience in home care or community care
• Certification in first aid and CPR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of long-term care and social work practices
