Job Role: Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility is to build lasting relationships with customers while hitting your monthly sales targets. You'll play a vital role in delivering an excellent in-store experience and promoting our range of retail products.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide product recommendations
• Explain product features, benefits, and prices clearly
• Handle billing, POS transactions, and returns professionally
• Maintain product displays and ensure the cleanliness of your area
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Support store promotions and marketing campaigns

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, showroom, or direct sales
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a bonus)
• Confident personality with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for retail

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing goals

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher preferred

Sales or marketing certifications are a plus
