Requirements
- (1) Academic Ranking: Rank within the top 10% of the class.
- (2) Foreign Language Proficiency (Beyond Major): Passed CET 6, or achieved TOEFL 80/IELTS 6.0/Linguaskill 160/TOEIC 785; for other languages, obtained the highest level professional certificate.
- (3) Digital & Intelligent Skills: Passed the National Computer Rank Examination, or obtained certifications such as CCF or Microsoft.
- (4) Additional Professional Skills: Demonstrated expertise beyond the major field, supported by relevant papers, certificates, or official academic transcripts.
- (5) Communication & Management Competence: Served as chair or core member of college/university student union; minored in business/management courses; excelled in arts, sports, writing, or public speaking; accumulated substantial social practice experience.
- (6) Physical & Mental Fitness: Good health with regular exercise habits; professional demeanor; passed company physical tests and medical examinations; mental resilience with strong stress tolerance and adaptability to global challenges.
