Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable 26 Ft Box Truck Owner Operator to join our dynamic delivery team! This role offers the opportunity to operate a well-maintained box truck, providing exceptional service to customers while enjoying the independence of managing your own schedule. As an Owner Operator, you will be the face of our company on the road, delivering goods efficiently and safely across designated routes. Your expertise in driving, load handling, and customer service will ensure every delivery exceeds expectations and builds lasting relationships.

Duties

• Safely operate a 26-foot box truck to transport goods to warehouse locations
• Load and unload cargo using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, ensuring proper handling and securement
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
• Deliver packages promptly, accurately, and with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Manage route driving efficiently, adapting to traffic conditions and delivery schedules
• Assist with warehouse operations including moving inventory and organizing shipments
• Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns

Requirements

• Valid cdriver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, especially with box trucks or similar vehicles
• Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with staff
• Ability to perform lifting and manual handling of cargo regularly
• Experience operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus
• Knowledge of route planning, load & unload procedures, and safety protocols for heavy lifting and moving tasks

Pay: $300.00 - $325.00 per day
