What You'll Do

• Practice medicine YOUR way – comprehensive outpatient care without the hospital chaos
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with adult and geriatric patients
• Focus on preventive care and chronic disease management that actually makes a difference
• Manage diverse cases including complex multi-morbidity patients (intellectually stimulating work!)
• Collaborate with a supportive team that values your clinical expertise
• Use modern EHR systems with full support staff to minimize administrative burden
• Practice evidence-based medicine in an environment that respects your time and expertise

Schedule: Predictable office hours | No weekends | No on-call | No hospital rounds

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• MD or DO degree
• Active State medical license (or ability to obtain quickly – we'll help!)
• Passion for geriatric care and building patient relationships

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Previous experience with Medicare populations
• ACN physicians considered case-by-case
