2D / 3D AutoCAD Designer – Furniture Industry

Job Overview

We are hiring a skilled 2D / 3D AutoCAD Designer with experience in furniture and interior design. The ideal candidate must be capable of preparing detailed shop drawings, 3D models, and production-ready designs for custom and modular furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D technical drawings for furniture production.
• Develop 3D models and realistic design presentations.
• Create shop drawings with complete dimensions and material specifications.
• Coordinate with production and project teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Revise drawings according to client requirements and site measurements.
• Prepare BOQs and cutting lists when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions.
• Ensure designs meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in furniture design or interior drafting.
• Strong command of AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
• Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D Max or rendering software is a plus.
• Good understanding of furniture materials and manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
