Role Overview:
We are seeking one talented 2D & 3D Designer Specialist to join our creative team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, rendering, and prototyping luxury trophies, awards, and related products, ensuring designs are both visually stunning and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D and 3D designs for luxury trophies, bespoke awards, and corporate gifts.
• Render models, develop prototypes, and refine designs based on client and production feedback.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet design specifications and maintain brand standards.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure accuracy, quality, and feasibility.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Advanced skills in 2D/3D design, modeling, and rendering software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Rhino, Blender, 3Ds Max, or equivalent.
• Experience in prototyping, visual conception, and creative ideation for client-specific designs.
• Prior experience designing awards, trophies, or luxury items is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
