2D & 3D Experiential Designer (UAE Role)

We are looking for a visually refined, detail-obsessed 2D & 3D Designer to join our growing team.

Role Overview

This role is for someone with exceptional taste, strong spatial thinking, and mastery of both 2D and 3D tools. You will translate concepts into compelling visual realities — from stage design and exhibition booths to immersive environments and permanent installations.

You must be able to think creatively, render convincingly, and understand how ideas translate into fabrication and real-world execution.

Key Responsibilities

3D Design & Visualization

• Develop 3D concepts for stages, exhibitions, immersive spaces, brand activations, and installations
• Produce high-quality, realistic renders for client presentations
• Translate moodboards and sketches into accurate 3D environments
• Create lighting simulations and spatial layouts
• Support technical drawing preparation for production teams

2D Design

• Create presentation decks, visual layouts, branding elements
• Develop graphics for stage backdrops, signage, exhibition panels
• Prepare print-ready artwork when required

Innovation & AI Integration

• Use AI tools to enhance concept development and visual ideation
• Experiment with AI-assisted rendering, moodboard generation, and rapid concept prototyping
• Stay updated on emerging visualization technologies

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Creative Director and project team
• Support pitch preparation with fast turnaround conceptual visuals
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are realistic and executable

Required Skills & Software Expertise

You must have strong knowledge of:

• 3ds Max / Cinema 4D / Blender
• SketchUp
• V-Ray / Corona / Octane or similar rendering engines
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• AutoCAD (basic technical understanding preferred)

Bonus:

• Unreal Engine / Twinmotion
• Midjourney / Stable Diffusion / AI visual tools
• After Effects for simple motion previews

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional visual taste and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and spatial scale
• Ability to design premium, modern, clean aesthetics
• Experience in events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing
• Ability to work under tight deadlines (pitch environment)
• Understanding of fabrication constraints is a big plus
• Portfolio showcasing both conceptual and realistic render work
