AY Solution Studio is a global creative agency providing professional illustration, Vtuber models (2D & 3D), animations, and graphic design services to clients worldwide In (NIGHT SHIFT).

We work with streamers, content creators, and brands across Discord, Twitch, Twitter (X), and other major platforms — helping them bring their creative visions to life.

Role Overview

We are seeking a target-oriented Sales Executive experienced in online client acquisition through Discord, Twitch, and Twitter.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client management, and achieving monthly sales targets in the international creative market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Manage client communication and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to studio growth.
• Focus on acquiring and retaining high-value international clients.
• Provide weekly updates on leads, deals closed, and revenue achieved.
• Collaborate with the team manager to execute sales strategies effectively.

Requirements

✅ Proven experience in sales or client acquisition (Discord/Twitch/Twitter preferred).
✅ Experience working with international clients.
✅ Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Organized and responsible — able to maintain accurate records.
✅ Basic understanding of graphic design, animation, or VTuber markets.
✅ Stable internet connection for smooth communication.
✅ Confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
✅ Ability to meet or exceed monthly targets.

Compensation & Terms

✅Monthly Sales Target: $1,500–$2,000 (total client sales)
✅Base Salary: PKR 60,000–80,000
✅Commission: 20% on every project closed beyond target
Target and salary will be finalized during the interview based on your experience and performance potential.
