2D Animator

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled 2D Animator with strong expertise in Three.js to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and integrating character animations into a React Native mobile application, ensuring smooth, engaging, and interactive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement 2D character animations using Three.js for mobile applications.
• Collaborate with the React Native development team to seamlessly integrate animations into the app.
• Optimize animations for performance and responsiveness across multiple devices.
• Work closely with designers and developers to maintain consistent visual quality.
• Troubleshoot animation issues and provide creative solutions for interactive experiences.
• Ensure that animations align with the app’s theme, narrative, and user experience goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in 2D animation with a portfolio showcasing character animation work.
• Strong expertise in Three.js and JavaScript-based animation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience integrating animations into React Native applications.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Animate, Spine, After Effects, or similar.
• Knowledge of optimizing animations for mobile performance.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
