2D Animator

AIMVIZ Pvt. Ltd is a leading digital production and animation studio based in Karachi, Pakistan

We're hiring for 2D Animator!

Job Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 2D character animation, cut-out animation, frame-by-frame animation, and motion graphics for explainer videos, commercials, branded content marketing, and client projects.
• Develop animations from storyboards, scripts, and animatics → including character rigging (if cut-out style), lip-sync, walk cycles, expressions, and effects.
• Collaborate with storyboard artists, illustrators, scriptwriters, and project managers to ensure animations match client vision and brand guidelines.
• Use industry-standard software to produce smooth, engaging, and timed animations (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Spine, or similar).
• Revise animations based on client feedback and internal reviews while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of professional experience in 2D animation (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also be considered for junior roles).
• Strong portfolio/reel demonstrating character animation, timing, spacing, and storytelling.
• Expert proficiency in:

Adobe After Effects
Adobe Animate / Flash
Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (for assets)

• Solid understanding of animation principles (squash & stretch, anticipation, easing, etc.).
• Experience with explainer videos, YouTube content, or marketing animations is a big plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment with tight deadlines.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal , block 6 Karachi
Job Shift Timings: Night | 9 PM - 6 AM
Salary: 60K - 80K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
