Brand Republic is seeking a creative and passionate 2D Animator Intern to join our animation and creative team. This opportunity is ideal for students, fresh graduates, and aspiring animators looking to gain practical experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, explainer videos, and digital content creation.

The selected candidate will work alongside experienced creatives to produce engaging animations for social media campaigns, marketing content, advertisements, and branded digital projects.

Internship Details

• Position: 2D Animator Intern
• Duration: 3 Months
• Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 06, Karachi
• Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Job Type: Full-Time Internship (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating engaging 2D animations for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and explainer videos
• Animate illustrations, icons, text elements, characters, and visual assets
• Support senior animators in executing storyboards and animation concepts
• Create basic motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content teams on creative projects
• Revise animation projects based on feedback and quality standards
• Maintain organized project files and animation assets

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar animation software
• Understanding of animation fundamentals including timing, motion, easing, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma, certification, or ongoing degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, Media Sciences, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Academic projects, freelance work, or a portfolio showcasing animation skills
• Basic understanding of character animation and motion design principles
