Overview

We are looking for a talented 2D Animator & Motion Designer with strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, 2D animation, motion graphics, and instructional design–based content. The ideal candidate can transform scripts and concepts into engaging explanatory videos, training modules, and animated visuals that are clean, modern, and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities

Create 2D animations, motion graphics, and explanation videos using Adobe After Effects and related tools.

Work closely with the content and instructional design team to convert learning objectives and scripts into visually engaging modules.

Design storyboards, visual styles, and character animations as required.

Animate icons, infographics, typography, and UI elements to explain concepts clearly.

Handle full production workflow: conceptualization → design → animation → final rendering.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos aligned with brand guidelines.

Adapt visuals and animations based on feedback and revisions.

Collaborate with voice-over artists, editors, and creative leads when needed.

Required Skills

Strong command over Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic Premiere Pro.

Proven experience in 2D animation, motion design, and explanation videos.

Understanding of instructional design principles and ability to simplify complex concepts visually.

Ability to design clean layouts, vector assets, characters, and transitions.

Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating animations for e-learning, corporate training, or educational video content.

Knowledge of Lottie animations or UI motion is a bonus.

Understanding of sound syncing and basic audio cleanup (optional).

Portfolio demonstrating strong motion design and 2D animation work.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 2-4 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
