2D Artist

Brain Games Studio is seeking a dynamic and experienced 2D Artist with 1 to 3 years of proven success in the industry to join our team. As a 2D Artist, you will play a crucial role in driving our studio's growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 2D visual assets, including characters, environments, and UI elements.
• Design characters with a strong emphasis on anatomy, movement, and personality.
• Develop isometric design assets for game environments and objects.
• Collaborate with the art and development teams to maintain a cohesive visual style.
• Develop concept art, storyboards, and prototypes to convey artistic vision.
• Optimize graphics for performance and quality.
• Create and animate 2D characters, including walk cycles, actions, and expressions.
• Design game UI elements such as menus, buttons, UI effects, and animations to enhance user experience.
• Create store release assets including icons, screenshots, feature images, and promotional materials to effectively showcase the game on various platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Game Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1 to 3 Years experience as a 2D Artist in the gaming industry or similar creative field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D art skills (characters, environments, UI, etc.).
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Clip Studio Paint, etc.).
• Understanding of game art pipelines and optimization techniques.
• Strong sense of color, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for gaming and creative design.
