Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and creative 2D Event Designer with 3–4 years of experience in event, exhibition, and branding design. The ideal candidate should be capable of converting client requirements into professional event layouts and visually impactful designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 2D event designs, including stage backdrops, standees, branding panels, signages, event layouts, and collaterals.
- Develop design concepts for corporate events, exhibitions, activations, and promotional setups.
- Collaborate closely with the client servicing, marketing, and production teams to understand briefs and deliver accurate outputs.
- Generate high-quality mockups and visualizations representing event spaces.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and event themes.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with production vendors for final execution.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver within tight timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience as a 2D Designer in the events, advertising, or exhibition industry.
- Strong command over:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW (preferred)
- Good understanding of event layouts, fabrication materials, printing formats, and design proportions.
- Strong creative thinking, visualization ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing for corporate events, weddings, expos, or brand activations.
- Knowledge of large-format printing and material specifications.
