2D Explainer Illustrator

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a talented 2D Explainer Illustrator with a strong sense of vector art and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed storyboards and illustration assets that bring explainer videos to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design clear and engaging vector illustrations for explainer videosCreate storyboardsthat visualize scripts and guide animation flowDevelop assets optimized for animation in software like After Effects or Toon BoomCollaborate with animators, writers, and creative directors to ensure a cohesive visual styleMaintain consistency in color palettes, proportions, and visual themes across all scenes

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong sense of vector art design and compositionProficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopAbility to create storyboards and prepare layered assets for animationUnderstanding of visual storytelling and explainer video structure

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in illustration or animation productionWhat We’re Looking For:A creative illustrator who can blend artistic skill with storytelling, turning concepts into visually appealing and easy-to-follow scenes that support smooth animation.
