Position Overview

The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms. The role involves translating brand guidelines and creative briefs into compelling graphics that support marketing, events, social media, and overall brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Content Development

  • Design engaging visuals for social media, websites, presentations, brochures, itineraries, posters, banners, and event collaterals.
  • Create logos, icons, illustrations, and brand elements as per project requirements.
  • Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity, campaign goals, and target audience.

2. Branding & Visual Identity

  • Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics across all creatives.
  • Assist in developing and updating brand guidelines and design templates.
  • Ensure all designs reflect the brand’s tone, personality, and positioning.

3. Marketing & Social Media Support

  • Create high-impact social media posts, stories, reels covers, ads, and promotional content.
  • Work with content, marketing, and events teams to deliver creatives that drive engagement.
  • Adapt designs for different platforms and formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, print, etc.).

4. Event & Corporate Design

  • Design event branding such as backdrops, standees, name badges, welcome kits, itineraries, T-shirt designs, and stage visuals.
  • Coordinate with printers, production vendors, and event teams for accurate execution.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, sales, and management teams to understand design requirements.
  • Present design ideas, take feedback, and refine creatives accordingly.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

6. Software & Technical Skills

  • Use industry-standard tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma, etc.
  • Prepare print-ready files and understand color profiles, resolution, and printing specifications.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Strong creative thinking and visual communication skills.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
  • Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand aesthetics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver quick turnarounds.
  • Attention to detail and strong sense of design quality.
  • Portfolio showcasing graphic, digital, and branding work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience (based on role level).
  • Experience in travel, events, fashion, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.
  • Basic animation/video editing skills preferred.

Core / Industry-Standard

  • Adobe Photoshop — raster editing, photo manipulation, web/social graphics.
  • Adobe Illustrator — vector graphics, logos, icons, scalable designs.
  • Adobe InDesign — layout design for print/digital brochures, magazines, multi-page docs.

Vector / Alternative Graphic Tools

  • CorelDRAW — vector design, print layout, signage, event branding work.
  • Affinity Designer — vector graphics, illustration, cheaper alternative to Illustrator.
  • Affinity Photo — raster editing, photo retouching, alternative to Photoshop.

User-Friendly / Template-Based & Online Tools

  • Canva — templates, social media graphics, quick design work, marketing visuals.
  • Figma — UI/UX design, collaborative design, social media layouts, basic graphic design.

Presentation / Simple Graphic Tools

  • Microsoft PowerPoint — for proposals, decks, simple layout visuals, quick mockups.
  • Google Slides / Google Drawings — lightweight design/presentation work, especially for internal or collaborative use.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,050.18 - ₹50,000.00 per month
