Job Tittle : 2D Interior Designer

Location: Noida Sector 104

Experience:

1-2 years in interior design or architectural drafting

Full 2D drawing for residential and commercial site necessary

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and Drafting

Create detailed 2D layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD for interior design

projects.

Develop 3D models and renderings using SketchUp to visualize design concepts.

Assist in preparing mood boards, design presentations, and material specifications.

Project Documentation

Prepare detailed project drawings, including electrical, plumbing, and furniture layouts.

Ensure all designs are compliant with industry standards and project requirements.

Maintain organized documentation of design files, drawings, and revisions.

Coordination and Collaboration

Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to understand project

requirements.

Coordinate with contractors, electricians, and plumbers to ensure designs are executed as

planned.

Support site visits to ensure designs are implemented accurately and troubleshoot issues

as needed.

Technical Understanding

Interpret and incorporate electrical and plumbing requirements into design layouts.

Understand and apply ergonomic and functional design principles to ensure usability.

Software and Administrative Tasks

Utilize MS Office tools for documentation, scheduling, and reporting.

Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and other project-related documents.

Research materials, fixtures, and finishes suitable for projects

Educational Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or

a related field.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD is mandatory.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC layouts for interior projects.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate concepts into technical drawings.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Creativity and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
