2D Motion Graphics Intern

Final Verzion is a fast-growing video production startup specializing in high-quality 2D explainer videos and SaaS product animations. We are looking for a dedicated, disciplined, and creative 2D Animator Intern to join our team.

This is Free internship. It is a performance-based hiring process. You will start as an unpaid intern. If your work meets our quality standards and you follow our production workflows precisely, you will be converted to a Full-Time Employee with a salary of ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 2D illustrated animated explainer videos from start to finish.
• Strictly follow storyboards, brand guidelines, and creative briefs provided by the team.
• Handle character animation, motion graphics, and kinetic typography.
• Work on test assignments to demonstrate your speed and quality.
• Iterate on feedback immediately and accurately.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, easing).
• Extreme attention to detail: You must be able to follow instructions exactly as given.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Must have a portfolio or showreel demonstrating 2D explainer video work.

The Deal:

• Phase 1 (Internship): Free probation period (1-3 weeks, depending on how fast you learn). You will be given real-world assignments.
• Phase 2 (Full-Time): Successful candidates who demonstrate reliability, skill, and adherence to our guidelines will be hired full-time at ₹25k - ₹30k/month.

Selection Process:

• Resume & Portfolio Review.
• Mandatory Assignment: You will be given a small animation task. Your hiring depends entirely on the quality of this output and how well you followed the specific instructions.
