Rich Route Group is a growing brand in holiday homes, real estate, and technical services in Dubai. We are looking for a creative digital storyteller who can bring our projects to life through compelling content, animations, and engaging social media campaigns.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a multi-talented creative professional skilled in 2D/3D animation, video editing, VFX, and social media management. The ideal candidate will develop high-quality visual content for marketing, property showcases, lifestyle branding, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging 2D & 3D animations for brand and property campaigns.
• Edit high-quality videos with VFX, motion graphics, and cinematic storytelling.
• Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Design visually appealing graphics, reels, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Track analytics and optimize content for maximum reach and impact.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing, animation, and VFX.
• Proficiency in software like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of photography, drone shooting, or AR/VR content is a plus.
• Experience in real estate or hospitality marketing will be an advantage.
