2nd Shift Bindery Operator (Experience Preferred)

Do you have printing industry experience operating and maintaining bindery equipment, including cutters, folders and stitchers? Kessler Creative, a leading provider of direct marketing and print services, is recruiting for a Bindery Operator.

In this role, you will set up jobs according to layout design specifications and adjust equipment settings as necessary, collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines, maintain workflow efficiency, and perform quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy. You’ll also conduct routine maintenance on bindery machines and troubleshoot any mechanical issues and assist in prepress operations, including preparation of files for printing. Hours are 2:00pm - 10:30pm.

The Bindery Operator position is full-time and will work onsite at Kessler Creative’s office at 12276 San Jose Blvd in Jacksonville, FL. The position offers competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Must Haves

Prior experience as a Bindery Operator or similar role in the printing industry

• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand for the entirety of an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
