(2nd Shift) Entry Level Drug Discovery Compound Purification Scientist

POSITION DETAILS:

Spectrix Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a highly motivated candidate for a 2nd shift (12 pm–8 pm) 6-month temporary position, with the possibility of conversion to full-time. The role involves performing routine compound purification, and training will be provided. The position is located in Princeton NJ. Flexible nontraditional work hours will be scheduled anytime between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have HPLC and LCMS experience. The candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, report and document all repairs and product failures, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a B.S. in chemistry, biochemistry, or other physical science. Must be able to interact with a variety of departments, manage time wisely, and have a strong focus on successful customer service.

Skills: 0-2 year of HPLC experience. Nice to have organic chemistry background and Mass Spectrometry knowledge. New graduates are welcome to apply.
