Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated 2nd Shift Front Desk Agent (3p-11p) to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during the evening hours, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
• Handle multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy
• Address guest requests promptly, resolving issues with a positive attitude to enhance guest satisfaction
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points and conducting routine safety checks
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
• Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
• Ability to handle guest relations professionally, demonstrating patience and empathy
• Previous hotel experience, especially in resort or similar hospitality environments, is preferred
• Flexibility to work during evening hours on the 2nd shift, including weekends and holidays
