2nd Shift Line Inspector

Position Summary

Signcraft Screenprint, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Line Inspector to join our production team. This position is responsible for inspecting printed decals at the end of the conveyor line to ensure all products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can work in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining high quality and consistency.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Inspect printed decals as they exit the conveyor line for defects, including:
• Print quality issues (smudging, misalignment, color inconsistency)
• Surface defects (scratches, debris, contamination such as hair or oil)
• Missing or incorrect components
• Remove defective products from production and follow proper reject procedures
• Ensure all inspected materials meet customer specifications and internal quality standards
• Maintain focus and monitor the line continuously while equipment is running
• Communicate quality concerns immediately to supervisors or operators
• Keep work area clean and free of contaminants to prevent product defects
• Follow all company procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines
• Accurately complete any required inspection or production documentation

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and ability to identify small defects
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong reliability and attendance
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Prior manufacturing, printing, or quality inspection experience preferred (but not required)

Pay & Shift

• $17 per hour
• Second Shift: 2:30pm – 12:30am
• 4-day work week, overtime on Friday as needed (Monday – Thursday)
