2nd Shift - Sheet Metal Manufacturing

Overview
We are seeking a manufacturing associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sheet metal or related manufacturing processes, be motivated, and able to work second shift. This role involves operating a variety of equipment and performing different tasks around the shop. We're a growing company and the job needs can shift daily so we are looking for someone flexible and able to learn quickly.

This is a 2nd Shift / Split Shift Position. Hours will be from 3:30 pm- 2:00 am Mon- Thursday. Overtime is typically available on Fridays with flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate variety of machines including press brakes, bending machines, saw, drills, etc.
• Etching part numbers, applying labels and gaskets, packing parts.
• Measuring parts for quality checks.
• Collaborate with team members to identify tasks and communicate status.
• Utilize hand tools and fabrication techniques to assist in assembly and finishing processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

• Proficiency in manufacturing processes and able to work safely.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to manufacturing tasks.
• Quick learner and efficient worker.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
