Job Description:

Under the supervision of CNC department head, the incumbent will set up and run CNC machines to prepare parts to the specifications for ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and run 3 axis CNC machines, programing experience is an asset
• Cut and prep material
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints
• Perform quality checks on the completed product
• Work with limited supervision while staying on task to meet strict deadlines
• Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines
• Keep the workstation clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Solid 3- axis CNC background, 5+ years of experience is an asset
• Strong computer skills, MS applications savvy
• Willingness and ability to learn required control software
• Ability to multi-task, while paying attention to detail
• Availability to work shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
