Role Description This is a full-time, on-site 3 ton pickup driver role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The driver will be responsible for safely operating a 3 ton pickup to transport event materials, décor, equipment, and supplies to and from warehouses, venues, and suppliers. Daily tasks include loading and unloading items with care, following delivery schedules, assisting the events team with on-site setup and breakdown, and ensuring the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with local regulations. The role involves coordinating with event coordinators, warehouse staff, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, as well as completing basic documentation such as delivery notes and checklists. The driver will also support last-minute logistical requests and adapt to changing event timelines, including early morning, late night, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in Truck Driving with a strong focus on safe operation of 3 ton pickups for event or logistics work.
• Valid CDL Class A or equivalent UAE heavy vehicle driving license, with a clean driving record and good knowledge of local traffic rules.
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with event planners, production teams, and venue staff.
• Customer Service mindset when interacting with clients, venue representatives, and vendors, representing the company professionally on-site.
• Familiarity with basic Truck inspection and routine maintenance checks to ensure roadworthiness and prevent breakdowns.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move event equipment and décor safely; comfortable working in outdoor, fast-paced event environments.
• Good navigation skills in Dubai and surrounding areas, including use of GPS and route planning to meet strict timelines.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak event seasons.
