30A Travel Agent and Concierge Manager

Position Summary

The Travel Agent & Concierge Manager is responsible for driving vacation rental sales, delivering elevated guest experiences, and managing concierge services for Dune Vacation Rentals. This role combines hospitality, sales, and relationship management, with a strong emphasis on converting inquiries into bookings, maximizing revenue, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the guest journey. Key Responsibilities

Vacation Rental Sales & Guest Conversion (Approximately 50%)

· Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, chat, and third-party platforms
· Convert leads into confirmed bookings through consultative sales techniques
· Provide expert knowledge of Dune’s portfolio, property features, and the 30A market
· Recommend properties based on guest needs, preferences, and budget
· Upsell premium properties, add-ons, and extended stays to maximize revenue
· Track and manage leads within CRM or reservation systems
· Collaborate with marketing and revenue management to optimize occupancy and rates

Concierge & Guest Experience Management (Approximately 30%)

· Coordinate and fulfill concierge services including dining, activities, transportation, and special requests
· Build relationships with local vendors and service providers along 30A
· Ensure seamless pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-stay guest communication
· Handle guest issues or escalations with professionalism and urgency
· Create personalized itineraries and experiences for guests
· Maintain high standards of hospitality aligned with the Dune brand

Team Leadership & Operational Support (Approximately 20%)

· Responsible for concierge workflow and service quality
· Assist with training property managers on sales techniques, guest service standards, and local knowledge
· Monitor performance metrics such as conversion rates, booking value, and guest satisfaction
· Support process improvements related to reservations, concierge services, and guest communication
· Coordinate with property management, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure guest readiness

Qualifications

· 1-3 years experience in sales, hospitality, travel planning, or vacation rental management
· Strong sales and closing skills with a customer-focused approach
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple guest requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency with reservation systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills

· Experience in vacation rentals, real estate, or luxury hospitality
· Knowledge of the 30A / South Walton area, including dining, activities, and local vendors
· Experience with platforms such as Guesty, Streamline, or similar PMS systems
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Ability to upsell and create high-value guest experiences

Work Environment & Expectations

· Office-based in Santa Rosa Beach, FL with potential flexibility depending on business needs
· May require occasional weekend or after-hours availability to support guests
· Guest-facing role requiring professionalism and responsiveness
· Fast-paced environment balancing sales, service, and operations
