Join our School Based Team at Centra Wellness Network (CWN). The 31n School Based Behavioral Health Services (SBBHS) Program is a subcontract service provided by CWN to school systems in Benzie County. It ensures the development, planning, implementation, and monitoring of high-quality education, skill building and therapeutic services for general education students experiencing mild to moderate emotional disturbances impacting their educational experience. The school-based clinician meets with students, families, and staff to provide education, prevention, assessment, consultation and treatment for students to achieve socioemotional and academic progress. The Mental Health Clinician provides best practice behavioral health interventions individually and with family members. The employee will complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Staff must possess computer, typing, grammar, punctuation, proofreading, transcription, phone proficiencies and excellent communication and customer relations skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, business partners and community stakeholders. Additionally, the employee must exercise independent decision-making and work effectively in a team-based environment. The office will be surrounded by nature, located in Benzie County, just miles from beautiful, freshwater beaches and hiking trails. Benzonia is a short drive to Frankfort, Traverse City, Cadillac, Manistee, and Ludington, charming towns outfitted with shopping, unique restaurants and breweries, and a combination of movie-going options including historic theaters and a drive-in!

About the Role
The 31n School Based Behavioral Health Services (SBBHS) Program ensures the development, planning, implementation, and monitoring of high-quality prevention, educational and therapeutic services for general education students experiencing mild to moderate emotional disturbances affecting their educational experience.. The Mental Health Clinician provides best practice behavioral health interventions individually and with family member, in accordance with their scope of practice
Your role is to:
· Maintain exact records, documenting all interactions.
· Up to date training and understanding of current best practices, research and trends regarding.
skill development, ACES, trauma, and behavior.
· Complete assigned responsibilities within agreed upon or established timelines.
· Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
· Understand and work collaboratively with policies and procedures of the school district.
· Aid school personnel as possible with crisis intervention.

Qualifications and Requirements
· Master Level Social Workers with full licensure, or limited licensure from the State of Michigan, or licensed Master Level Clinicians in another related field of with full licensure, or limited licensure from the State of Michigan. Highly recommended practice applicable to the treatment of behavioral health and SUD preferred. Bachelor Social Work candidate considered with current full licensure by the State of Michigan as a Licensed Bachelor Social Work (LBSW) and enrollment in Master Level Social Work program from an accredited university or college with plans to become a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) or a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) within 24 months of date of hire.
· Ability to earn Mental Health Professional (MHP) designation as defined by Michigan Department of Community Health, (Examples of MHP include Physician, Psychologist, Licensed Master’s Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor) or can qualify as MHP with proper supervision within a year of employment in this position
· At least 18 years of age.
· Valid Michigan’s driver’s license and good driving record.
· Ability to be certified in First Aid and CPR within 90 days of hire (agency available training)

Work Environment:
CWN prioritizes a work/life balance. Your supervisor will work with you to utilize flex time and paid time off. You will primarily work in the office with the following schedule:
· Monday through Friday
· Between 8:00am and 5:00pm
You may be required to work hours outside of the regular schedule if assigned by your supervisor to meet clients’ needs.
Pay: $63,296.00 - $82,285.00 per year
