3D Animator

Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced 3D Animator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and character performance, with the ability to bring life and emotion to 3D characters, objects, and environments.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D animations for characters, props, and environments.
• Work closely with the modeling, rigging, and VFX teams to ensure smooth project workflow.
• Interpret storyboards and animatics to deliver engaging animations.
• Ensure all animations meet technical and aesthetic requirements.
• Collaborate with the creative director and production team to maintain consistency in style and quality.
• Optimize animation assets for real-time engines (Unreal, Unity) if required.
• Stay updated with current animation trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in 3D animation.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
• Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, weight, movement, expression).
• Experience with rigging and character animation.
• Basic knowledge of lighting, rendering, and compositing is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Unity for real-time animation.
• Experience in Blender
• Experience in motion capture cleanup and integration.
• Understanding of VFX and post-production workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
