3D Animator

Key Responsibilities:

Character Animation Mastery

● Expressive Performance: Create emotionally resonant and technically flawless character animations (3D) that effectively convey motivation, personality, and action sequences.

● Rigging and Polish: Develop, refine, and maintain complex character rigs to ensure smooth, natural, and production-ready motion and transitions.

● Consistency & Quality: Ensure all character movements align with the project's aesthetic vision and technical specifications, working closely with the Art Director.

Scene & Environmental Animation

● Integrated Storytelling: Animate complex scenes, encompassing background elements, environmental effects (VFX), and interactive props, ensuring seamless integration and visual coherence within the narrative.

● Technical Optimization: Optimize animation assets for real-time performance or final rendering, maintaining high visual quality under demanding deadlines. Dynamic Motion Graphics

● Promotional Visuals: Design and animate sophisticated motion graphics for high-impact promotional videos, advertising campaigns, and multimedia installations.

● Visual Enhancements: Conceptualize and develop dynamic visual elements that significantly enhance the overall visual storytelling and brand messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Proven Experience: 2 years of professional experience as a 3D Animator, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in character performance and motion graphics.

● Software Proficiency: Expert-level command of industry-standard 3D animation software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D).

● Motion Graphics Tools: High proficiency in Adobe After Effects and related creative suite tools.

● Foundational Knowledge: Deep understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, weight, anticipation) and the technical constraints of 3D pipelines (rigging, skinning, blend shapes).

● Adaptability: Proven ability to transition between stylized and realistic animation aesthetics, and between 2D and 3D workflows as required by the project.
