3d Animator

The Animator will be responsible for creating high-quality animations that bring characters, objects, and visual elements to life for various media, including films, advertisements, games, and digital platforms. The role requires strong artistic ability, technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and create 2D/3D animations based on project requirements and storyboards.
• Collaborate with the creative team, designers, and directors to understand the vision and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Design character movements, expressions, and environmental animations.
• Use industry-standard software such as Maya, Blender, After Effects, 3ds Max, or Toon Boom for animation creation.
• Work closely with the modeling, rigging, lighting, and compositing teams to ensure smooth production workflow.
• Review animation sequences for quality, clarity, and consistency, making improvements where necessary.
• Maintain project timelines and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
• Stay updated with animation trends, techniques, and new software developments.
• Prepare and present animation drafts for feedback and make revisions as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 2D/3D Animator in a studio or production environment.
• Proficiency in animation software (Maya, Blender, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Good knowledge of character rigging and motion dynamics.
• Ability to work creatively and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A well-organized portfolio showcasing previous animation work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Experience in game animation, VFX, or motion graphics is an added advantage.
