3D Animator

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Animator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and realistic animations for various projects, including gaming, film, and advertising. This role requires a strong understanding of animation principles, technical proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams. The ideal applicant will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent artistic skills, and a passion for bringing ideas to life through motion.

Duties

• Develop high-quality 3D animations using software such as Cinema 4D, Maya, and 3ds Max.
• Create detailed character models and animate them with realistic movement, incorporating anatomy knowledge.
• Utilise tools like ZBrush, Mudbox, and Adobe Photoshop for modelling and texturing assets.
• Implement animations within game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine, ensuring seamless integration.
• Collaborate with designers, programmers, and other artists to deliver cohesive visual content.
• Edit video sequences using Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects to produce polished final outputs.
• Apply colour correction, compositing, and visual effects to enhance animation sequences.
• Maintain organised version control using Perforce or similar systems throughout the production process.
• Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve technical skills through professional development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in 3D animation with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Mudbox, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of scripting languages including C#, Python, and C++ to optimise workflows.
• Familiarity with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere and After Effects for post-production work.
• Strong understanding of anatomy for character rigging and animation purposes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of animation production.
• Knowledge of photography and graphic design principles is advantageous. Candidates with experience in video editing or a background in graphic design will be considered favourably. A passion for storytelling through visual effects combined with technical expertise will set you apart as an ideal candidate for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
