3D Animator

Job description

• Create emotionally resonant and technically flawless character animations (3D) that effectively convey motivation, personality, and action sequences.
• Develop, refine, and maintain complex character rigs to ensure smooth, natural, and production-ready motion and transitions.
• Ensure all character movements align with the project's aesthetic vision and technical specifications, working closely with the Art Director.
• Animate complex scenes, encompassing background elements, environmental effects (VFX), and interactive props, ensuring seamless integration and visual coherence within the narrative.
• Optimize animation assets for real-time performance or final rendering, maintaining high visual quality under demanding deadlines.
• Design and animate sophisticated motion graphics for high-impact promotional videos, advertising campaigns, and multimedia installations.
• Conceptualize and develop dynamic visual elements that significantly enhance the overall visual storytelling and brand messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 2 years of professional experience as a 3D Animator, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in character performance and motion graphics.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level command of industry-standard 3D animation software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D).
• Motion Graphics Tools: High proficiency in Adobe After Effects and related creative suite tools.
• Foundational Knowledge: Deep understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, weight, anticipation) and the technical constraints of 3D pipelines (rigging, skinning, blend shapes).
• Adaptability: Proven ability to transition between stylized and realistic animation aesthetics, and between 2D and 3D workflows as required by the project.

Pay: From Rs125,000.00 per month
