Job Title: 3D Animator

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Animator with strong expertise in stylized animation to

bring life, personality, and energy to our mobile game worlds. The ideal candidate has an excellent sense of timing, exaggeration, weight, and appeal, and can create expressive, dynamic animations that make scenes feel immersive and engaging.Beyond animation, this role includes rigging 3D assets, scene setup, lighting, and final rendering, ensuring high-quality visuals optimized for mobile platforms.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

● Create high-quality stylized animations for characters, props, and environments

● Apply strong principles of animation including timing, spacing, squash & stretch, and exaggeration

● Bring scenes to life with expressive motion and strong character performance

● Rig 3D characters and assets suitable for production pipelines

● Animate assets from blocking to final polished output

● Handle scene setup, lighting, and final rendering

● Ensure animations meet mobile performance and optimization standards

● Collaborate with modelers, designers, and art directors to maintain visual consistency

● Iterate and refine animations based on feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 9+ years of experience in 3D animation for games (mobile experience preferred)

● Strong portfolio demonstrating stylized animation and character performance

● Solid understanding of:

○ Core principles of animation

○ Timing, weight, exaggeration, and character performance

○ Animation characteristics and personality-driven motion

● Experience in rigging 3D assets

● Proficiency in:

○ Maya and/or Blender

○ Rendering workflows
